This allows MechanoFab to achieve true net-shape molding of intricate components like IP65-rated joint seals and biocompatible skins in a single step. We completely bypass the need for secondary cryogenic or manual deflashing—unreliable processes that risk part damage and compromise the tight tolerances essential for robotic systems. This single-setup approach guarantees part consistency and integrity straight from the press.
